Cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with fermentation stopped by cold temperature
Tasting notes:
Pale golden colour. Fresh varietal aroma with dominant citrus tones and notes of tropical fruit. Light fruity taste, with moderate acidity, pleasant natural sweetness, and mineral notes in the aftertaste
Gastronomic recommendations:
Pleasant aperitif, or with fish dishes, sea-food, and cold appetizers
