Fermentation:
in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, fermentation stopped by cold temperature

Tasting notes:
Attractive light straw color with golden notes, expressive aroma with tones of roses and ripe tropical fruits, and harmonic fruit flavor with light refreshing acidity.

Gastronomic recommendations:
This wine is an excellent aperitif, and also a creative pairing for seafood, cheese, and cold appetizers.
