For our rosé sparkling wine we have a blend of a selected Riesling and a special one
Pinot Noir created by the Moselle. The result is a special kind of taste experience. The fine Pinot Noir aroma nestles perfectly with the subtle flowery bouquet of Riesling.
The rosé sparkling wine matures on the fine lees for at least 9 months.
Residual sweetness and fruit acid give the sparkling wine a harmonious, playful character.
