Collector champagne, made by classic technology creates a traditional blend of white grape varieties - Chardonnay, Aligote and wrestling Rhine. Dominant in Bland Chardonnay makes this brand of fine champagne. Wine color of pale lemon with golden reflections. In the aroma infused apple and lemon notes with hints of tropical fruit. Long bottle aging gives the wine a subtle, elegant aroma of vanilla, nuts and spices. Taste retains an easy mineral soils "Crimean Champagne", where the grapes are grown. Champagne is delicate with a long finish, the volume, but the air.
The wine goes well with seafood, fish, cold and hot (grilled) form.
