Vintage strong white wine

category protected geographical indication Crimea.
The wine is amber-golden color. 
It has a seductive bouquet with notes of Kaisa, candied fruit, vanilla, nuts and hints of rancio. The taste is rich, full, spicy-honey tones, dried fruit taste and a rye crust. 
The aftertaste is long with horoshovyrazhennymi tones of aging. 

Grape varieties:
Kokur white, Rkatsiteli and a mixture of white European grades. 
Age of the vines are 30-35 years old.

Present and store:
It is recommended at 10-12 °C to keep
At tiramisu, hot chocolate, fruit salad, foie gras, candied fruit and blue cheese.

Aging: 
In oak barrels for at least 36 months.

Alcohol: 
17,5% vol.

Sugar: 
95 g / dm3
