Vintage dessert white wine

category protected geographical indication Crimea.
The wine is amber-gold in color. 
The Bouquet of this wine: honey-flowers, with hints of exotic fruit and a touch of nutmeg. 
Taste saturated, soft, generous, dried melon flavor, figs, peach, rose, quince. The aftertaste is long and warm, enveloping. 

Grape varieties:
Sara pandas, Cook Pandas, Solnechnodolinsky, White Muscat, Furmint, Garcia Level, Pinot grey, white Kokur. Age of the vines are 30-35 years old.

Present and store:
Recommended at 10-12 ° C to keep it. 
Delicious... tiramisu, chocolate, lemon sorbet, fruit salad, pickled pistachios, foie gras, blue cheese and ice cream.

Aging:
In oak barrels for at least 36 months.

Alcohol:
16% vol.

Sugar:
160 g / dm3
